Givin the limited utility I see in the design of the hat and attendant pricing considerations, I would go with the Village Hat Shop option. If I am going to get a whole lot of use out of a garment or an accessory, I will step up and pay a premium price for such, but given the limited use I would anticipate for a Tyrolean hat design, I would keep the price down, if at all possible!
