I purchased a cocoa shirt w/white collar and sleeves. Although I have at least 9 suits and over 30 ties I was perplexed once I arrived at home. What suit(s) or ties to wear with my purchase? :(Suggestions please on a suit(s) or ties. Thanks in advance.

Sounds a little out there! By cocoa, I'm guessing you really do mean cocoa as in a chocolatey brown of some kind. And you say the sleeves (not just the cuffs?) are white? Maybe it isn't meant to be paired with a suit?? If it is, I can only guess that a dark brown suit might be a starting point. Perhaps a very dark brown almost black-based tie. Beyond that, I really don't know. Could you post a picture?

Do you really mean white sleeves....

or white cuffs? If you mean white sleeves, I probably wouldn't take my jacket off. I had a dark brown shirt which I wore with a brown glen plaid and deco orange stripe accompanied with a orange paisley in a dark brown background. It also went well with a grey flannel suit. In the summer, I wore it with cream colored silk suit.

Lighter coloured suits (mid-grey/creams/khaki) work well with dark brown shirts. Then use a darker tie than the shirt for a cool/night-time look, or a lighter tie for a more daytime/businessy look. Brown shirts aren't for everyone, but I rather like them as an occasional option. They do require some thought to put together well, as you've realised. Good luck and happy wearing! :)

I could see a brown shirt having it's place here and there, but one with white collar and cuffs is very limited. White collar needs a more formal suit and tie. IMO, There isn't a stylish use for such a shirt. However, from a fashionable point of view, it has a place.

Beige or creme corderoy sportscoat, white linen pocketsquare, open knit tie in a contrasting colour like sky blue. Avoid any conventions of the coconut growers advisory board in hotels off the main drag.
