I ordered a MTM suit online, I'm fine with the look but there are some things I'll like to see if i can get tailored or adjustments to make the next time i do order a suit.

My left shoulder and sleeve looks fine, but i have a divot in my right shoulder and the arm looks wrinkled. The back of the suit also has a collar roll.

Any advice on what needs to be done to fix these?

I know bespoke is the best answer, but bespoke is stupid expensive.

The attached pictures shows what I am referring to.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You have more slope on your right shoulder. Try putting some padding, like a washcloth. under the jacket on that side and see if it makes a difference. Fold it until the thickness is enough to make a noticeable difference. That might also help the sleeve hang straighter.

On the back below the collar, a good tailor should be able to fix that. It looks like just some excess material that can be taken up at the collar.
