so the trousers at Barneys are a wool/mohair/silk blend

check out swatch 8781 at this link:

its not quite the same shade of blue but the blend is the same. My main point is that the Epaulet trousers are MTO Hertling trousers and there are likely other shades of this blend of fabric. Contact Epaulet as they may can get other shades.

I was wondering if anyone can steer me in the direction towards anyone that might carry something like this?
Paul Stuart likely would have something similar too. They carry much more stock in store than they do online, and they have a store in DC so you could just stop by and look. Most of Paul Stuart's suits/jackets/trousers are made by Samuelsohn in Canada so it's definitely possible the Barney's "Made in Canada" trousers you were looking at would have been made by them too.

Interesting(both the blue I want and the much lighter one as well)

This type of blue is increasingly popular for suits and dress pants and I don't think will be that difficult to find, at least for a rough approximation.

Spier & McKay has something similar:

And even these from J.Crew look somewhat similar:

Both cheaper than the likely very nice option at Epaulet.
JW where is Spier & McKay made?

How is the quality overall?

I would go with J . Crew but I am worried they could be too slim. I mean I like a trimmer fit but I almost feel like J. Crew would be too fashion foward in that department.
