Billax’s advice is unsurprisingly spot on. The shoulders look good, which is the most important thing to get right. You do not need to size up, nor do I think you need to let out the body. Jacket length looks good to me as well.

In my opinion, there's a fair bit of not so great advice in this thread.

While it's difficult to make a completely comprehensive assessment based on one photo, I think it is very safe to say that the sleeves need to be lengthened. As others have stated, shirt sleeve length needs to be addressed to help with fine tuning to what degree the adjustment should be made.

I'll repeat that the shoulders look good. The seams appear to end with the shoulder, there are no signs of divots, no lumps or wrinkles etc.

Based on this photo, how did some come to the conclusion that the jacket was too short? I'm very curious, and freely admit that I am far from a definitive expert, but it doesn't appear that way to me. His upper and lower body proportions look balanced and the jacket looks to end where it should, to my eye at least. More photos from different angles including the back would certainly give a better overall perspective.

I think the torso fit is good for a sack, but that's probably the most subjective fit issue of a tailored jacket.
