After 109 years of operation, Bennies is closing on September 30, 2023. Its landlord has refused to renew its expiring lease. Those of us who live in Atlanta, as well as the many, worldwide, who learned of it due to the wide publicity it received because of its unbelievable stock (at very low prices) of the famed Johnston & Murphy Handgrades, and later, Grenson Masterpieces, will all greatly miss it. Wonderful people ran a wonderful store.
