Does anyone have an opinion on the overall quality and fit of Zanella pants vs. Hickey Freeman?

Also, what is the best way to go for casual chinos? I see Joseph A. Bank and Brooks Brothers mentioned a lot on this site. Bill's really don't fit me at all. I end up with a horizontal bulge just below the beltline in the back of the slacks.

Can't speak for Hickey Freeman (not sure who makes them) but I own almost a dozen Zanella slacks and like them very much. Grab them at the Rack for just around $100 and they are a great deal.

HF may, I'm not sure. They may also contract with someone else to make them to their specs.
