I recently bought a pair of blutchers from an EBay auction. They were initially shown as size 8, however during the auction the seller revised the description to size 8.5. I love the shoes so didn't retract my bid. As they are a little on the roomy side (my socks end up wrapped around my toes), I was wondering if there's a known method by which one can effectively reduce the size of shoes by a fraction. While stretching shoes is a common practise, I had never come across this particular issue before. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
