I've bought a number of ties from them. They aren't of exceptional quality, but if you buy ties for patterns rather weight/thickness, they've got some great items. (Although I do enjoy my seven-fold ties, I find a lot of the agonizing about tie quality on AAAC to be silly.) In terms of customer service, I've always received my orders promptly. In the single instance where a tie I received had a defect (a slight pull), they replaced it with zero fuss.
