Once you have put it on the internet you no longer control it. It isn't yours anymore and should you wish to remove it you may not be able to. Even if it does get removed web sites like the internet archive will keep it for the foreseeable future.

In addition, in a photoshop world anyone can take your face and do what they will with it.
