Hi Gentlemen,
I'm a newbie here. I got into a debate with someone over the use of white T-shirts under shirts especially when dressed casually. Is it okay to have a white T-shirt on with the 1st 2 buttons of the shirt open thereby showing the neck of the t-shirt?
