Which interview tie?

I'd go with the light blue (2), personally, but that's just my subjective preference. I'm not sure if it's the "correct" tie for the occasion; I'm just going with what I'd wear if I had those choices in front of me. The good thing about a solid navy suit and white shirt is that the combination is pretty much a blank canvas for ties. Pretty much any tie will go with that combination, so the question is more a matter of personal taste.
Also, try swapping brown shoes/belt in for the black when wearing a navy suit. Brown shoes tend to go better with navy suits than black shoes do.

Two or three. Secondly stick with black for an interview. I disagree that black is worse than brown with navy. I wear both all the time; however, there are people out there who don't believe brown goes with navy. Also, you don't want your shoes and belt to stick out.

I'm with Dean. Not crazy about any of them. I think #1 is pretty nice, although you might look for a bit more contrast. Still, I think it will look good with a navy suit. My second choice is probably #4, although it's a bit hard to tell because I think you're getting glare from the flash.
I know #2is in line with the very light ties that you would see on Bush, Obama, and John Boehner, but I don't think those really pale ties show enough contrast with the shirt to look good: you end up with a dark suit and an otherwise washed-out appearance.

Wear tie #1. It's the most subdued and therefore least likely to be distracting to your interviewer(s).
And wear the black shoes and belt.

I vote for the light blue. Wear a white pinpoint point collar shirt. Stay with the black shoes and belt. Not all browns work well with navy.
I think any of the first three would be a perfectly acceptable choice. Which one looks best on you? The first one would represent a high-contrast combination with a white shirt, the second a low-contrast option, and the third would be mid-contrast but with enough pinkish-red tones to pose problems for some men's coloration. It's quite unlikely that one man, on a particular day, will look equally good wearing those three with a white shirt and dark suit. Hope that helps.
Any of the first three would be acceptable for an interview. Pick the one that brightens your face the most (probably 1 or 3.)

The tie should be in classic colors. Navy blue, or a dark burgundy red is excellent. Light blue might work in the spring and summer. What you want to avoid are:
1. Novelty ties - these are just tacky
2. Bright colored ties - these might come across to flashy. In addition, the bright colors might draw too much attention and distract from your face (this should be the main focal point)
Keep in mind, that YOU should be remembered and NOT your tie.

I am also an owner of the Ermenegildo Zegna tie at the bottom of the page, but I would not wear it for an interview. My selection would be the green stripe at the top. Lose the black shoes and go with dark brown. Make sure your shoes are shined well and stick a white linen square in your breast pocket. Attention to detail is often noticed by those conducting interviews.

I love wearing a pocket square, but that's not a good idea for an interview. It's one more potential distraction. The idea is to look pulled together, but not dandified. That's why it's also wise to leave aside braces, cufflinks, tie bars or pins, a collar bar--all that stuff.
I'm sure people who weren't minimally accessorized have landed jobs before, but going with sartorial extras is not the percentage play in this situation.

I would avoid the linen square for the interview. You will probably be interviewing for someone who is not a clothing message board reader. Since most people don't wear pocket squares, it is something that will stand out and possibly distract the interviewer from you as a candidate.

All the ties would be OK, but I tend to like #3, and #4 better with gray suits, and cordovan shoes.
If the interview will be after Easter, or it's above 85 degrees outside, I like the powder blue with white stripe, as this will be a breath of fresh air in the interview and look appropriate.
However, if the interview is next week, or tomorrow, I'd go with #1, as it is conservative, and safe. It's not memorable, and that's what you want in an interview, as stylesnob said-you want them to remember you, not your tie.

The light blue. The rest of your ensemble sounds very conservative. The light blue doesn't have a distracting pattern, but it provides just the right element of color to the otherwise dark outfit. Your interviewer will appreciate it. It's an interview, so you want to look professional. But you don't want to look like you're trying to squeeze an interview in before Aunt Aggie's funeral.
