Go to JJ hatcenter, they have one in the clearance section, scroll through the pages, I believe page 4. They're having a fathers day sale, 25% off, code DAD25, they said applies store wide. Persian lamb by the way.
And really warm!

Astrakhan is a material (fleece). Presumably one could have a hat in that style made from a type of fleece other than astrakhan (although of course the archetypical such hat is made of astrakhan, so they are called astrakhan hats) and certainly may have garments other than hats featuring astrakhan.

I always wanted one, but I would never be able to wear it here in Atlanta (and I seldom willingly travel to Very Cold Places during their winter seasons.)

If my daughter continues on her serious ballet trajectory, I plan on suggesting that she take a gap year between high school and Princeton (or MIT or Stanford - I'm not pushy) to do an intensive at the Bolshoi or the Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg, and THEN I will buy an astrakhan as a functional memento of the occasion.

Maybe sooner, if we visit Russia to see some ballets (my daughter wants a Matryoshka, and I've said only if we buy them in Russia as a souvenir... so the pressure's on!)
