What are the Details and Qualities of the Perfect OCBD?

I'm considering having some shirts manufactured. Please describe (all or part) the details of the Perfect Trad OCBD.

I am not sure why no one bring this up - the shape of the collar is as important as it's length, the classic OCBD's collar should be pointy enough to form the proper roll. Too many European and Asian makers get this wrong and end up making a button downed spread collar shirt.
