Relative fashion newbie here.

I am soon to be married. I am wearing a two-button single breasted tuxedo, with a vest and a regular tie. I am looking for a nice tuxedo shirt, but I havn't found 100% of what I'm looking for.

I am not the greatest fan of the pleats on traditional tuxedo shirts. So I've looked at white dress shirts with traditional collars and french cuffs. I've found a couple of nice ones. For example, the 140's White Broadcloth Windsor Collar French Cuff from Paul Frederick's Menstyle ( But these tend (always?) to have pockets.

Would it be wrong to get a nice dress shirt and wear it, even though it had a pocket, as it would be covered by the vest?
