Trip to Paris

Hello,

This is a similar post to Andy's recent New York posting. I will be in Paris over the Easter Weekend and would be very interested in shops to visit for clothes (t-shirts, ties, business shirts) and shoes. I would be grateful for any shop recommendations. Addresses and home page URLs will be more than welcome.

Restaurant recommendations would be appreciated as well.

By the way, how many fittings would I need for a Charvet "made to order" shirt? And what is the minimum order?
