I'm thinking of spending about $1000 to treat myself to some nice dress shirts. I am thinking of a few options and would like to get your thoughts
a) get Borrelli shirts from vintageusa through ebay and bring them to a tailor for adjustments ($150 each shirt + $40 tailoring)
b) get Liste Rouge shirts (~$220 per shirt)
c) get Mimmo Siviglia shirts through Raphael in NYC (can anyone share experience? and price?)
d) other good options?
What fabrics do you prefer? I like extremely conservative fabrics especially in blue shades. I like simple -- or no -- patterns because I think they make most apparent the quality of the shirts.
