Is Thomas Pink available at any department stores? I'm having trouble with the website as well as the telephone ordering system.

Agreed. They're not significantly, if at all, better than the higher-end Tyrwhitts.The quality of Thomas Pink has been discussed several times. If you cut through all the hype and the marketing of their products you may find that the quality of their shirts is rather below the standard for what you are paying.
