Is Thomas Pink available at any department stores? I'm having trouble with the website as well as the telephone ordering system.

Marshall Field's in Chicago has a Pink botique, although this probably doesn't help you in NOLA.

I have had a look at the website and it works ok; even when I want to ship the US. It may be there is a problem with their server for those accessing it from outside the UK.

The quality of Thomas Pink has been discussed several times. If you cut through all the hype and the marketing of their products you may find that the quality of their shirts is rather below the standard for what you are paying.

Several years ago (before they changed to the new label design) they were rather good. Recent examples I've bought have quite frankly not been worth the money.

Agreed. They're not significantly, if at all, better than the higher-end Tyrwhitts.

Agree completely. I wouldn't step foot in that store anymore. The shirts they sell in the U.S. are way too large and rather disgusting looking.
