Theee-Piece Peak Lapel suit

I like classically cut three piece suits with high waisted pleated trousers and peak lapel. Does anyone know of an rtw brand or vtg suit that is cut like this,
In size 34/36 (it 44/46)

You’d need to visit a vintage clothing store that deals in well-curated goods. Even then, your chances of finding what you want in your size—or in any size—are very low. And you are extremely unlikely to find any ready-made suits that have high-waisted trousers. For the suit you have in mind, you’ll probably need to have one tailor-made for you, at a cost of several thousands of dollars.

You can certainly do a MTM which may not give you every detail you desire, but may come very close. And, a MTM garment will be significantly less expensive than bespoke

You'll proably have to go MTM or bespoke. I have a Dunhill suit that is close style wise. 3 piece, peak lapel with double breasted waistcoat. But trousers are not high rise nor pleated.
