The DB vest paired with the SB suit coat are an interesting combination that offers degrees of flexibility, exceeding what would be considered normal expectations.

Alas, 20 pounds lost would be but a start, but jeez Louise, I'm working on it! However I still find myself put off by that monochrome grey rig. Reminds me of a character named the "Grey Man" from one of Stephen King's old novels...I believe the title was "Dream Catcher.' Those darned "shit weasels" were enough to give any guy a case of the bad dreams! LOL. :crazy:

Our two grandsons, as high school grapplers, can legitimately claim washboard abs and there were times in my life when I sported an absolutely flat abdomen, but never the fabled "six-pack!" Even when I could claim status as a wannabe three sport high school athlete, I could never unveil the six-pack...I guess my BMI was just too high. However, over the past 50+ years I have discovered a properly fitted wardrobe can hide many ills! LOL.

My friend, your Opa's suit looks good on you...you wear it very well! Any chance on getting a better picture of the Panama, as in the present shot two thirds of the hat didn't seem to make the cut. Have a great day!

Nice fabric pattern and indeed, a very nice suit, but the jacket sleeves are too short and that is a very revealing left hand jammed into the wearers pocket. The fingers appear straightened out and approaching areas in which they should not be! Our Mamas taught us better than that. LOL!

Nice rig. Looks so good, it inclines one to jump up and pull on a suit to go out stylin! Those sueded brown tassel loafers really do appeal to my footwear obsession!

The navy hued suit in the top photo is memorably handsome, but alas the suits in the bottom photo is quite literally hard to look at. That plaid is so intense, it pulls at one's eyes and IMHO the designs are lacking in major ways. Just saying.....

The lad strikes me as one who should probably up-size his rig! Both the jacket sleeves and the trouser legs are a smidge too short.
