Dear all: I have recently been provided by my MTM shirtmaker with a full sample catalogue of shirting fabrics by Tessitura Monti. It's a huuuge "book" with small tissue samples from their "Rose Collection". They are all between 2x120 and 2x170. From the mere look and feel that small samples can give, there are a number of very nice ones, regarding both hand and sheen. Has anybody on these forums made an experience with shirts made from these "Rose Collection" fabrics? I know Alumo and Thomas Mason are the top dogs with major experts on AAAC à la Kabbaz. I do own an Italian made MTM shirt made from a Thomas Mason "Gold Line" 2x140 twill. I like it although it is a very thin fabric (too thin by my usual standards) and wrinkles easily. How do the "Rose Collection" fabrics compare to TM's Gold Line? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
