I am saddened to hear of Andy's passing, and of the circumstances surrounding it. This forum has been a part of my life for some fifteen years now, thanks to his efforts to create and maintain it. Very sad news indeed.

Mike Schwartz just emailed me that he had heard from Melinda that Our Founder, Andy Gilchrist, passed away today. I have no further information and hopefully we will get more details soon. I had been in contact with him recently and he gave no indication of any medical problems so it must have been something sudden. He will be terribly, terribly missed. Rest In Peace, Andy.

I heard today June 2nd, on social media. So sad to hear this. He will be greatly missed.

I understood that the forum was sold to a company a while back and that Andy was retained in a senior role. Others may know more.
