While strolling up Madison Avenue yesterday, I spotted a chap wearing a suit that had the sleeve buttons covered in the suit fabric (just as a dinner jacket would.) The suit was SB, with a pinstripe pattern.

I have never seen this before. What is the consensus view of the members?
