I have a Hickey Freeman two button Caterbury and one shoulder has risen on the outside of the seam. I hate it when a jacket doesn't have a smooth shoulder line. I have never had problems with this jacket before. Is this a problem with the way it was pressed or is this something I need my tailor to fix? Could I fix this myself?
