Gentlemen:
I recently embarked on a long, frustrating search for stationary. True story: I was directed to look for stationary in an aisle filled with paper suitable for a thesis, business proposal, business correspondence…
Me: “Please don’t take this the wrong way but do you know what a personal letter is?â€
Clerk: “Sure, like they did in WW II. I saw it on the History Channel.â€
I limped away with arthritis in both knees. (Okay, that last part isn’t true but the conversation is)
Does anyone have a source for quality stationary. I live in a rural community so your recommendations will have to be rather specific. A link to a shop that carries good paper will be of marginal value as I will be unable to inspect the paper myself. What brands of paper do the members use for personal correspondence? Help!
And yes, I do get the irony here.
