Spectator Shoes/Seersucker Suit

This would be a big leap for me. The shoes not the suit. I noticed there is a Peal (Sargent)Spectator (brown-white) on sale at Brooks. And that's all I know about Spectators. Although I do like the look with seersucker and a bow tie. How do y'all think it places on the affected meter?
