Does anyone know this English term? Just wanted to check if the translation of the German "Slipon-Mantel" is correct.

Here is what I found as a description:

The slip-on is a single-breasted raincoat. It may have Raglan or set-in sleeves and can have concealed fly front buttons or be a standard button-through. The cut must be wide and comfortable, with slit pockets for the hands to reach through, two large inside pockets, and adjustable cuff straps.
(Oscar Lenius: A well-dressed Gentleman's pocket guide)

I did not find the term in Andy's encyclopedia.

Thank you for your help
