You would indeed be throwing money down the drain. Do a little search and you can find a good deal on Allen Edmonds. No squared toes but much better quality and will last longer.Stumbled upon this Kenneth Cole design recently. I haven't ever purchased KC but I'd imagine that its quality is sub-par relative to AE, et al and it would be $130 down the drain. I do love the design though.
Can someone recommend a similar design carried by a better brand ?
