I have been won over by the wave of Jantzen adulation and will give them a shot with an initial one shirt order. How is the shrinkage factor? Do they automatically allow for it when you provide your measurements? My Hemrajani shirts had a 1/4 inch allowance but shrank a good 1/2 inch in the collar and I would not want to repeat that. I am thinking of sending them a nice fitting shirt instead of inputting my measurements; has anyone done this? I only ask because the posts I have read about the high level of disorganization at their shop (e.g. shirts on the floor, etc) leaves me worried that it will get lost in the mix.
