Does anyone know of any decent dress shoes available that would fit these feet? I'm able to find casual and athletic shoes that fit perfectly (Altra, Lems, Be Lenka, etc.), but can't find a similar office-worthy pair anywhere.
Low instep, pinky toe not jammed. Why so difficult?

You might do well with a company named Russell Moccasin. They are custom made and detailed drawings are made of your feet to ensure proper fit. They offer largely more casual shoes, but do also offer some dressier styles. Costly and time consuming but custom may be your best bet. Also Moulded Shoe in New York does a number of specialty shoes. Good luck.

Good thought! I've always wanted a pair of Russell's for bird hunting; I've never looked at their other styles.

You can take a look at these Converse sneakers, which are very high quality and most importantly comfortable. There is a wide selection of models, so you're sure to find a pair to wear to the office.

I hope I helped.😊
These are a very poor choice. The OP requested recommendations for "office-worthy dress shoes," not sneakers.
