Living as I do in SoCal, with its confusion of seasonless weather, I'd say one could wear that just about any time of year, depending on the temperature. Living as you do in MA, that might not be such a good idea and would restrict you to warmer weather. Actually, silk is fairly warm and wind resistant, so that opens up cooler temps, in the fall, say. Just change the trousers to go with the season, maybe cream for spring, navy for summer, and russet for fall.
