Years ago, I wore a pair of green, kangaroo hide (I think) field boots, made by Browning Arms Co. (as I recall). The boots were light, comfortable and very durable and I might buy a replacement pair if I ever found them. I really loved those boots, but I cannot imagine wearing a pair of green dress shoes. LOL, there are limits, even for a shoe whore. Besides, even the Hulk ran around in his bare feet, didn't he? LOL. ;)

My two pair of green shoes are both suede full brogues with rubber soles. One in dark ivy green, the other, dusty olive. Both surprisingly versatile casual shoes. But while there's no aesthetic reason to discount a handsome pair of dressier shoes such as those in the OP, except their novelty, I don't think I have sufficient panache to carry them off. :(
