A coat with sleeves that are too long.

6 buttons, pagoda shoulder, button breast pocket, zipper pocket - seems like a kind of hybrid jacket. Yeah, the sleeves are too long. To the point of the question, it may be some designer label for sure but I can't identify it. With the zipper pocket I struggle to think it is bespoke.
