I have not seen this recent one mentioned, so I just wanted to point out how incredible a currently ongoing Rancourt crowdfunding event has been going. Most items have already sold out and it's a great testament to a great company and their customers supporting quality and craftsmanship.

They did a similar event last year (maybe twice I can't remember) and it was a huge success too.

These will be my first pair Eagle. I have been firmly in the AE camp since 2011. I received confirmation on the weekend.
Although I have a pair of Rancourt's Blake wingtips (they are well made and look great but are a tad heavy), in my mind their bread and butter is pretty much what's in this current crowdfunding campaign - Mocs, Loafers, Boots, Derby Oxfords. You will be impressed. I much like Eagle have far too many pairs of Rancourt's after defecting from AE sometime around 2014ish for good.

Rancourt is great. Good quality, good value, American owned, made in America, and by doing these crowdfunding events I think it's clear that the owners are prioritizing keeping everyone employed during the pandemic over profit.

What's not to like?

I'd encourage anyone with the spare discretionary spending who cares about made in the USA products to buy a pair, crowdfunding or no.

After a couple of recent penny loafer fails with other brands, I want to get some Rancourts sometime this year. I've always been interested in their shoes but never tried them. I don't see the crowdfunding info on their site anymore though.

Just yesterday I was wearing my Rancourt Beef roll Penny Loafers, made in navy Cxl leather. They have been in my rotation for several years at this point and they still look great and fit and wear quite comfortably. Rancourt footwear is definitely worth the effort and time it takes to harvest your leather treasures. ;)
