How can you identify which RL shoes were made by E. Green? I purchased several pairs of Ralph Lauren shoes 4 0r 5 years ago. They are all labeled "Bench Made in England". The sizes and style numbers are hand written inside the shoes. Back then, they retailed in the $400-500 range.
