[Lucky]

I recently bought some Brooks Brothers button down shirts..they were on sale and fairly cheap..I think they were advertised as all cotton with no ironing necessary....I've noticed that the collar, cuffs, and front placket is unusually stiff..it feels as if a cheapy cardboard/plastic liner is in place..it's unnatural feeling and very different from a typical soft collared button down...has anyone else experienced this?..is it the function of the "no-iron" feature, or is it simply the way Brooks is making their shirts these days?
