Yes, except that in the modern vernacular, speech not agreeable to certain individuals must then be hate speech.
After all, we cannot for a moment believe that the liberal intelligentsia is closed minded, feeble and even infantile in their thought processes.
If something offends them, the problem must then lie with that thing. And it must therefore be hate speech as this has now become the irredeemable sin of our culture.
