hello helpful sartorialists,
I have a pair of driving mocs - clarks of england - with a bit of a problem.
:icon_pale:
the crown (or the rounded crest of stitching at the font of the shoe) on one of the two shoes caves or buckles down the middle, causing a small depression. This must have something to do with the shoe's ability to withstand pressure, as it only happens when the foot is in the shoe.
anyone experience this before?
any suggestions, beyond simply returning them? or should i just return them, as they are defective?

thanks
cl
