I think likely it is original. But I can't tell you what every entry on the label means. The terms used are probably specific to the industry, retailer (Polo) or maybe even the particular manufacturer and are also probably in vernacular, and as such, lacking in meaning to any not specifically familiar with that vernacular. It's in Italian, which strongly suggests the jacket was made in Italy, which I view very positively.

The cloth is evidently 100% alpaca. Alpaca is a special fiber that is almost as soft and warm as cashmere, but breathes better. It is typically somewhat delicate, but less so than cashmere.

From the little I can see, if you like it's style and fit, it's a very nice jacket. Lovely color and cloth.
