Pants/ Suits- Athletic Fit

I have an impossible time finding suits and pants that fit correctly. I have a 42 Chest, 33/34 Waist, 15.5 Neck, 34 inch sleeves, and I am 5'10.

I just recently purchased a custom fitted Brooks Brothers suit which required a 36" waist pant taken in 3 inches to accomidate my muscular thighs.

Can you recommend some suit and pants manufacutures which are known for their more athletic cuts. I am especially dismayed by my inability to buy anything off the rack that doesn't make me look short and stout or have a lot of material in the crotch.
