Pants length?

I got some new chinos in the mail today. I tried a size smaller in the inseam, these are a 30. Whenever I get a 32 I have to get them hemmed.

I agree with your choice of the Clarke fit. They work for me as well. Some room to move is always appreciated!

I think yours look fine. Mine look a bit sharper after a trip to the cleaners for a pressing and and ironing in of the crease. Clark’s hold the crease well, even with no starch.

The heavier winter Clark trousers look even more sharp after a pressing.

Shrinking is not inevitable or unavoidable.

As I mentioned prior, the key to care is to wash in cold water, hang dry (Do not dry in dryer!), and then press.

My Clark’s have not shrunk a bit using this method and it eliminates fraying and fading at the seams.

Garment care is as important as selecting the correct garment.
