Oxxford Gotham

As intersting things seldom appear on ebay in my size, when I saw an Oxxford blazer I jumped on it. Upon arrival, I was happy to see that it was a patch pocket gotham model. It is quite old and needs repair to stitching in hem, vent, and neck. Since reading Ask Andy, I have been swayed by the trad camp and since Gotham seems to be about as trad as Oxxford gets, I'm delighted.

Is Gotham a model that is available OTR at certain outlets? Is it strictly MTM? Is it history? It seems to be far from their most popular / common model.

Also, both my Oxxford jackets run about an inch shorter than my other jackets (all my jackets are XLong). Is Oxxford intended to be worn shorter or are they going after a shorter clientele?
