I don't own the Orvis Barn Coat, but I have purchased a fair number of garments from Orvis over the years and have found it necessary to return one item over a period of two+ decades of purchased. Buy the coat...you will like it!

I see the Barn Coat in their catalog every year and admire it. However, my need for one is non-existent so I have never bought one. Maybe if my lot were large enough for me to build a barn . . .

I have plenty of room but over half the lot is a steep slope to a stream and the county will not let me build any closer to the water than I am now.
