Opinions on Canali Travel Water Resistant wool blazer

I've found a Canali Travel Water Resistant wool blazer ebay that looks like it may fit me and is available at a good price. I'm unfamiliar with travel, water-resistant wool blazers and have no explicit need for these features. Is the wool treated in some way that results In any noticeable difference in these jackets vs regular wool blazers (other than water and wrinkle resistance)? For example, are they much less breathable?
