O’Connell’s has a “cavalry twill” restock mentioned on their website. They are described as made in USA but does anybody know who the manufacturer is? I’m guessing it’s not Hertling.

It was my assumption it is still Hertling. I bought some flannels in January that were Hertling made. When I called a few weeks ago about some other trousers and inquired about the make, the gentleman told me all their trousers are the same cut as the one I bought (save different rise options). So I made the leap they are still made by Hertling.
