I have a numerous business engagements (conservative) coming where I will need to wear a tie instead of the jacket sans tie I’m more accustomed to. I have the below jacket that I was going to wear with the below navy shirt with dark grey pants.

I’m having trouble matching a tie with this that would be appropriate for such conservative meetings. Any help/advice are appreciated!

I think a burgundy tie goes well with that jacket, and somewhat well with the shirt. A solid silk repp tie is an easy place to start. Dark-coloured shirts are difficult to wear well with ties. If you need to dress conservatively for business, you'll need a lighter-coloured shirt that's no darker than french blue. The shirt is what's giving you trouble. I'd save the dark blue shirt for when you'll be going without a tie and wear a white, ecru or light blue shirt when you're wearing a tie.

That navy shirt is the opposite of conservative. Wrapping a necktie around it isn’t going to magically make you look conservatively dressed. It will make you look like a guy in an unconventional shirt trying, and failing, to look conservative.

As Matt suggested, wear a white, ecru or light blue shirt to your conservative meetings.
