Brown Dress shoe Magenta Leather Brand

Came across these on eBay and I wonder if these look better in person. Seems like an odd combination of a dressier style with a more weathered looking leather. I'm trying to imagine what sort of pants and overall look these would go well with.

The beauty of Alden tassel loafers has always been that they can take you from the boardroom to the country club. Those definitely don’t have that classic versatility....they should probably just be relegated to the club.

A tan tassel is akin to a black penny loafer. It can be worn with khakis and the like. But I feel a tan or suede penny loafer works better. Also I find chromexcel to have really ugly creases; horses for courses of course.

I've worn natural hued CxL Beefroll Penny Loafers with khaki and OD hued chinos and occasionally blue jeans and suppose the natural hued Tassel loafers woud work with such trouser options. However, as has already been pointed out, CxL leather, particularly natural hued, is not a dress shoe leather. ;)
