Hi All,

I ordered with Natty's in the past. Went through issues with the fit. Emailing and calling Natty's get's no response or resolution.

Looking for a response from Natty's.

Issue with current order:
Two of the shirts I ordered are made with a super thick fabric. Clearly not a shirting fabric. Probably something used for aprons, tablecloths- think dickies work pants thick. This fabric should not have been used for a white dress shirt. I'm asking that the order be remade. That's it. Simple fix.

If Natty's replies and remakes the shirts I will gladly post and update!

Have other had similar issues with customer service? How did you get a response?

Hi Natty,
Two questions; How wrinkled do your shirts get out of the dryer, and if I wanted the tail to be untuckable, would it be best for me to just specify that in my order or to change the Length measurement in the measurements configuration in my account?
