Gents,

Just wondering whether any of my Trad brethren are also Nat Nast aficionados? My guess is you won't find this look prevalent among the Ivy set. But the look strikes me as quintessentially relaxed American and makes me think I'd be right at home hanging out with Frank, Sammy, Dean and the Boys at the Sands. I appreciate that Nat Nast is out there keeping this moment in time alive.

Guilty secret: I think some of it can look good on the right guy for very casual occasions. Hopefully, it's just nostalgia. This was pretty common sportswear from the late 40's through the late 50's. But it certainly wasn't worn in Ivy, more Guys and Dolls.
